Summer CFLB Potluck BBQ on July 10th

Save the afternoon of Saturday, July 10th, for a potluck BBQ at Orlando's house. Family and kids are invited as well. Orlando has a kid's toy/game room and has graciously offered to set up a little pool for the kids.
Carcass will be provided. Everyone can bring side dishes and a beverage to share. Because we'll be in the middle of the Paleo Nutrition Challenge, everyone should bring their favorite non-grain, non-dairy, non-sugar dish. It's time to try out a new recipe to share. Look for a sign up sheet at the gym soon.
We hope everyone can come.
