Say Goodbye to Mo and Gi

It's a sad day for the CrossFit Long Beach team. Mo and Gi are heading back to Europe. We are getting together to spend a little time with them before they leave the country.
Join us for lunch on Saturday, January 10th at 12pm. We will meet at the gym and head out from there.
