Any current CFLB members. Friends and family are welcome to watch (in awe) and cheer you on.

When is it?

September 17, 10:00AM here at CFLB.

What is it?

Fight Gone Bad WOD
Five stations, three 5-minute rounds, with 1 minute at each station and 1 minute rest in between each round. Stations:

  • Wall-ball, 14/20 lbs.
  • Sumo deadlift high-pull, 55/75 lbs.
  • Box jump, 20" box
  • Push-press, 55/75 lbs.
  • Row, calories

What do I have to do?

Register at fgb6.org and raise $150 by the event. Which, compared to the WOD, should be easy.
