A festival of lifting with a totally cool chick!
Come work with Sage Burgener starting at 1030. We'll spend about about 5 hours working the Olympic lifts with one of the best young lifting coaches in the nation.
Up your game overall, identify areas you need to work on, and refresh your knowledge of the warm up and skill transfer lifts that have worked for so many of her students.
