New Mobility Class Starts January 15

  • Time: 9:00 to 10:00 AM

About the Class:
This class will focus on overall body mobility using the foundations and methods of Kelly Starrett, CrossFit's mobility guru. We will also emphasize preparation for the 10:00 AM group class workout.

Who Should Take the Class?
Those who can't do the right movements or hold the correct  positions because of inflexibility. Fix the issue before it becomes a problem.
Those who want to stay flexible and bendy for overall health, wellness and longevity.
Those who just can't get enough of the “balls of pain” and the not-so-foamy rollers.
Anyone who enjoys watching Chad suffer.
So, pretty much everyone.

Who Can Take Class? This class is open to all members. If you have a 2x/week or 3x/week plan, this counts as one of your classes. You can also pay $20/class if you don't have any classes left.
