Olympic Lifting Club on Mondays & Wednesdays - All levels welcome
Olympic weightlifting is all about consistency. Being able to train the lifts and practice the movements a couple times a week makes it easier to execute proper form every time one picks up a barbell. We all want to see improvements in our technique, right? The only way to do this is to practice, practice, practice. This is why we have an Olympic Lifting Club on Mondays (4:00PM) and Wednesdays (10:30AM).
The format is a little different than the group classes -- less formal, more teamwork. The Club is designed to get a group of people bonding and lifting together twice a week. Every day members work their weaknesses and learn to appreciate their strengths as they go through the olympic lifting workout of the day. We work positioning, speed, explosiveness, confidence and power.
All members and all levels are welcome. Come join the fun!
