MovNat Workshop in February

Fellow member Jamie is hoping to get a group together for a MovNat day in February. Read on for more info.
MOVNAT One-Day Workshop
Do you think it is in our nature to be "strong, healthy, and free?" Then you might be interested in attending a MovNat one day workshop. MovNat fundamentals one day workshops focus on the following skills in the great outdoors:
- It involves the combined training of walking, running, jumping, balancing, moving on all fours, climbing, lifting, carrying, throwing, and catching.
- You will develop mental qualities for action and dramatically enhance the perception of your body, the environment and the situation.
- You will learn to better control your breathing, to understand your inner sensations, to relax and stay alert.
An Orange County workshop is scheduled for Saturday, February 11, 2012. The cost is $229/person but if a group of four sign up, MoveNat will offer a group discount.
