What You Need To Know
Who can participate?
Any current CFLB members. Friends and family are welcome to watch (in awe) and cheer you on.
When is it?
September 25, 10AM at our school.
What is it?
Fight Gone Bad WOD
Five stations, three 5-minute rounds, with 1 minute at each station and 1 minute rest in between each round. Stations:
- Wall-ball, 20 lbs.
- Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 lbs.
- Box jump, 20" box
- Push-press, 75 lbs.
- Row, calories
What do I have to do?
Register at fgb5.org and raise $150 by the event. Which, compared to the WOD, should be easy.
