Get Started With A Free Private Training Session
If you're ready to start CrossFit, we're ready to welcome you with open arms. And loaded barbells. Begin by calling 562-492-6951 to schedule your free one-on-one introductory training session with one of our certified CrossFit personal trainers. These are by appointment only, so be sure to call first before you drop by.
Your free introductory training session is required before you can join any group class at CFLB - regardless of what kind of shape you're in. But more than that, it's a great way to:
- Tell us about your goals and expectations
- Let us know if you have any injuries or issues
- Learn about our flexible membership options
- Tour our gym and check out all the equipment you won't find at typical gyms
- Get an overview of CrossFit and its approach to fitness
- Get in a fantastic workout tailored to your fitness level and experience
- All in a no-pressure, non-sales-pushy, private setting
Then what?
After you've completed your introductory session, we'll help you choose a membership plan and path that's right for you. You may decide to join our group classes, take advantage of our personal training or both.

Do We Discount?
We've been known to discount, particularly for Police, Fire, EMT, active and reserve military, teachers, students, and family members living in the same household. If you're one of these, we'll work out a deal for you.
Out-Of-Town CrossFitters Welcome
Jonesing for a CrossFit workout? If you're a member of a CrossFit gym in another town, your first drop-in is on us. After that, it $20.00 per class. Before you come in, just give us a call at 562-492-6951 or email us at info [at] crossfitlongbeach [dot] com so we can get you all set up.
