3 HSPU (Chest to Wall) + 3 HSPU (Back to Wall)
[Rest 60 sec between each round]

2 rounds:
5 Strict ring dips + 7 clapping push-ups

Snatch Balance @ 80% of 1 RM Overhead Squat

Snatch Deadlift @ 110% of 1 RM snatch

10 Box Jumps - 26"
10 Wall Balls - 20#/14#
10 Toes to Bar
10 Tuck Crunch
[Rest 30 seconds between each round]
