Here's a great video from Mobility WOD discussing how tight ankles can compromise your squat. There are many of us that will fall apart at the bottom of a squat due to the limited range of motion in our ankles. Make sure to watch this video before you come in for the WOD.

This is an informative video
This is an informative video which really brought technique into my mind. During WOD warmups I have been told before to always track the knee over the feet. I think this video tells us some more about what position the foot needs to be in, as well as orientation. While I don't have a problem squatting fully, I think it would be good to have some more info or training on proper foot placement and orientation.
