"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
All week we will be doing our Quarterly Check in.
One week each quarter, we hold quarterly check-ins. We
spend 5-10 minutes at the beginning of every class, individually looking at
things in life in the context of your health and fitness. We do it for a few
reasons:
1. When left to your own devices, you probably won't bother to check in to see
a) where you were 3 months ago, and b) where you want to be 3 months from now.
2. Overachievers (yes, you!) hardly ever look back to admire their
accomplishments.
3. Setting goals feels good, but without a specific action plan/steps, you
won't accomplish anything (hence the fruitlessness of New Year's resolutions
without action steps).
If you're a student at CFLB, this is one week that you REALLY don't want to
miss. Get yourself to ANY class this week to take part!
