Sign Up for the Food as Fuel Workshop today Saturday, September 8

From 11:30AM to 1:00PM

If losing weight and improving your health and performance are reasons why you're at CFLB, this class is for you. And success is easy - and it all starts with the food you put in your body. Don't worry - there's no crazy diet, and you won't be hungry. We focus on eating real, nutrient-dense foods.

Who Should Attend?

  • If you are participating in our Whole Life Challenge and are new to the paleo approach to eating (it's not a diet!) you'll want to start with this class. It's your ticket for success and body composition changes!
  • Anyone new to paleo/primal concepts even if you're not doing the Whole Life Challenge.
  • The public -- you don't have to be a CFLB member to attend.

What Will be Covered?

  • How food significantly impacts how we look, feel and perform.
  • Which foods keep our blood sugar/insulin in check
  • Which foods to avoid because they cause system inflammation
  • Tips for losing weight and tips for improving performance.
  • Success strategies for lifetime change
  • Available CFLB resources

What Is Provided?

  • You'll receive a rockin' CFLB one-month meal plan for 2 people, complete with a weekly shopping list. Recipes are delicious and family-friendly.
  • Stick around after class and we'll take your measurements and pictures. We'll give you digital copies of your "before" pictures, too.
  • Handy take-home guides on how to get started, tips for losing weight and improving performance, a shopping guide, and more.
