Whole Life Challengers! Your weekly bonus event is yoga tomorrow, with Ryn Schneider, a fellow CFLB CrossFitter. And if you think yoga is for sissies, be warned. It's tough, especially for you big muscly boys. 

We're offering 2 classes manana: 10:00AM and 11:00AM.

Bring a yoga mat or towel. And water. You'll get in your 10 minutes of active recovery and 10 minutes of mobility in one fantastic class.
