Jeremy here with a good finished position in his deadlift. He made this weight look easy even though it was not. Way to go dude!

A.) [Rest 60's Between each round]
3 rounds:
15 Hollow rocks + 15 Hollow body holds (hold for a sec or two)

4 rounds:
0:20 sec Handstand chest facing wall + 0:15 sec Ring Support hold

B.) 5 rounds x 3 reps: (same weight all 3 rounds)
- Power Snatch @ 80% of 3RM
- Back Squat @ 80% of 3RM (Pause at the bottom for 3 seconds)

C.) 3 rounds for time of:
750M Row
10 Burpee Pull ups
8 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks @ 70#/50# each side
