Run 400 meters
Rest 90 seconds

Please note: Tomorrow, July 17, we are hosting an event for CrossFit Affiliate Owners around the world. As such, we need to cancel the 9am, noon, 4:30pm or 5:30pm classes. If you regularly attend one of these classes and the cancellation of these classes causes you to miss your total classes this week, we'll give you a bonus class on another week.
Also, the 6:30pm, 7:30pm, and 8:30pm classes tomorrow will be All-Levels. We will not have a specific advanced or beginner class.

You don't do Crossfit to get good at Crossfit (read up on the training blogs of top xfitters), you train to be a faster runner, stronger powerlifter, and more explosive olifter.
If we're gonna say exercise is sport, let's train like it is. The competitive season just ended, let's do some off-season conditioning (like athletes do) and get freakishly fast and beastly strong.

Running? Did I miss something but didn't the games just finish, why aren't we going WOD crazy like witnessed this weekend? Must be a recovery day...
After the Games I was ready
After the Games I was ready for Elizabeth, isabel or Fran today so I did cardio yesterday! LOL so we will be in tomorrow night instead.
