This past week we went through our Quarterly Check in. Congrats on a job well done. Where do we go from here? Remember that we wrote down goals and action steps. These goals and action steps will help us. Imagine shooting an arrow and not having a target to hit. You will never hit it right? Keep those goals in front of you like a target this quarter and you are sure to make progress. Another helpful tool in our Quarterly check in was the poster seen above. It is also hung up in the gym. Think of this poster as a target. This poster breaks down for us where we stand in our physical progress. Take a look at it and see where you are today. Then start working on that poster and moving towards elite. You can do it!
