Paul. I haven't had anyone with that issue before but I am finding online that it does happen to a lot of people. Not necessarily just new people. I have been looking for a solid answer but haven't found it yet. Seems to be a pinched nerve but which one and how to fix it I am not sure about yet.

Myself and a couple others experienced numb arms on the OHS...is that common in begginers?
