Today is Matt C.'s last WOD at CFLB. He's moving out of state at the end of the month. We will be really sad to see him go.
Matt's been with CFLB since October 2009. The Sunshine Zombie crew owes a lot to Matt. He was instrumental getting the 5:30AM class going.
