So some of you may be wondering what that new machine is in the warm up area. It is called a Reverse Hyper. It was designed by a guy named Louie Simmons who owns Westside Barbell in Ohio. He designed it to help strengthen and rehabilitate his lower back after he broke it years ago. Above is a video of the man himself explaining how it should be used.
